Payment

Hello! Thank you for your interest in our creations!

You can instantly purchase our creations that are available in the store.

Payment is possible by credit card, through a payment terminal, or through the PayPal payment system.

You can also place an order to create a copy of any animal you like. We are open for orders and ready to discuss your wishes. 

When placing an individual order, we will agree with you your wishes and production time. Upon your request, you will be invoiced with a description of your order.  

When placing an order, you can make full payment of the cost. Or you can also pay a deposit of 30 percent of the product price. You can pay the rest of the payment when the creation is complete and ready to ship to your home. 

If you cancel your order, the deposit will not be refunded. In all cases, before sending the parcel, you will see a photo of the finished creation. Cancellation of the order and refund of payment are possible by mutual agreement between the buyer and the creator.
